The concert received extraordinary media coverage (see below) in part because of the compelling visual/musical aspect and the creative hands-on involvement of area residents. The community itself made all of the photographs for this specifically commissioned new photochoreography celebrating Yakima Valley. A DVD of the new piece is being considered to help promote the region.
